As far a the 'hockey-stick' stainless steel rocker panel molding...no it was not standard on all retractables. The only way I would say that it was "missing the hockey stick chrome" is if the holes had been drilled for it and it was absent. I wouldn't worry about looking for it if it were me. It looks great without it.
