    Power steering control valve

Is there a clamp on the power steering control valve similar to the type used on the tie rod connecting sleeve? It would appear to be a larger diameter. If so, does anyone know vendor where I can find one?

    Thank you.

I think you are right, it is bigger - see my pictures from disassembly. I saw one from Larry's Bird. It is listed as for T-Bird 1958-60, but I believe it is also for 1957 both T-Birds and big Fords. https://www.larrystbird.com/product/...ve-clamp-5860/

Thanks for your help and the photos. I also found the clamp from Larry's. In reviewing my service manual it looks like there is a small roll pin that goes thru the hole in the clamp (see your 3rd picture) aligned with the slot in the valve sleeve, and into a machined hole in the threaded rod. It appears that this design prevents the valve assembly from twisting and damaging the hydraulic lines.

Yes, precisely! I believe the one from Larry's has got the hole as well.
