Seek LH brake backing plate

In the past my '57 Skyliner LH rear wheel must have come off and the brake backing plate got ground off where the brake adjusting screw will not stay adjusted. Does anyone have a source for a backing plate, part 2212 "Rear Carrier?" (on Page 42 of the '49 - '59 Ford parts & accessories Illustrations Catalog) I've been told the T-Bird ones won't work.
