Anybody have a relay label that goes on the relay lid?

In the stuff I got with my project, I found a 22 1/2" by 3 5/8" metal piece with a paper label glued to it with a diagram of the relay and their names. I would like to have a good copy of this. If you have a file copy of this, I'd appreciate it. If it not available, I make a new drawing and make it available to all. Just don't want to duplicate the effort to make one.

Reproduction ones are available from various vendors and eBay. Try Dennis Carpenter, C&G Ford Parts or Mac's. The decal price is about $6-$7. The cheapest price I've seen is at Larry's ( http://www.larrystbird.com/product/r...d-locate-5759/ )
