Decal Placement

[59 Retract]

Recently purchased a decal on ebay that was advertised as a 1959 Ford Retractable tire pressure decal. It has oil weights for temps on the top and tire pressures on the bottom. Can someone tell me the proper placement for this decal on a '59 Retract?
