    Power Brake Master Cylinder

Does anyone know of a source for a power brake master cylinder?

I have power brakes on my car but it has the master cylinder for manual brakes. I assume the incorrect master cylinder is the cause of my problems as the push rod for the power brake master cylinder is longer.

Do you think I could just shorten my push rod 1/4" which is the difference in length?

Thanks for any input you might have.

Like I said before the difference between the 1" bore & 1-1/8" bore master cylinder is hardly noticeable.
Summit racing has a master cylinder combo that will cure your problem & make your braking safer.

I have used the kits from Summit and they work fine. The arm to the peddle did t fit on one kit so some adjustments had to be made otherwise a nice all inclusive kit. Macs sells a good kit too but it is more pricey.
    Good luck
