    Radiator

    Good afternoon guys
I have at long last, decided to get a new radiator and oil cooler rebuilt for my 59.
I am having a bigger more efficient rad made from Ally. Will it be alright to not have the oil cooler in the bottom of the rad with the two pipes screwed in.
I am going to have a much larger ally oil cooler made as well whidch will fit between the rad and the grill. Is this alright on these 59s.
I assume I can then just run the two pipes straight the external oil cooler.

Or in simpler terms. Is it alright to bypass the Radiator oil cooler and re route the pipes to a larger more efficient external oil cooler.

I'm surprised no one has answered you.
Your answer would be yes on the remote oil cooler and if your radiator has a built in transmission oil cooler it would be fine to use them together.
