Can cylinder head with a casting number of 5752113 be a replacement for a cylinder head casting number ECZ-G on a 1957 312?

Cylander heads should always be replaced in pairs. If you want to replace only 1, then you must match the casting number. Having mis-matched heads will cause the engine to idle rough & performance to be erratic. (i once made that mistake) if replaceing the pair, most y-block heads will interchange-the difference being combustion chamber size & valves. Hope this helps.
