CD conversion for T&C radio

Hi guys,

I'd like to add a CD player to my '59 Skyliner and keep the speaker in the original dash location. I saw an add somewhere for some sort of conversion that plugged in between the antanna and the radio. Is anyone familiar with this? I'm looking for ideas, or input from anyone that has added a CD player.
