    1958 352 Valve Covers

I've seen at least two different styles of 352 valve covers and was wondering if they are both correct or if they are from different years. One is a smooth set that has the built in wire guide in the center of the cover and the other has the FORD in raised letters with tabs for mounting the wire guides that are offset from center. It almost seems that Ford was just putting whatever they had in stock on the cars back then and there wasn't a consistent standard.

    Thanks in advance,

    Kent Z.

    Jim,

Thank you for the info. I had read the beginnings of that thread a long time ago but never followed to up to see that discussion about the valve covers. Very good info.

    Thanks again,

    Kent Z.
