license plate bracket?? W/continental kit??

Greetings all,

I am having a heck of a time finding a lighted rear license plate bracket with a light for my 58 retractable with the continental kit. Just bought this over the winter and sadly, cannot drive with out a plate.

Lots of bits and pieces on line, but have to be heavily restored. (heavy rust, no spring, etc.) The bolt openings on my rear bumper just beneath the wheel cover look to be only 4 inches apart.

Any resources would be much appreciated. I would prefer to buy something chromed and new, but will restore if it's the right one.
