wondering what kind of heel pad was originally in our 1957 Skyliners?
I have my old carpet, which I don't know if it is original or aftermarket, and I bought new carpet from ACC with Mass Backing. New carpet itself looks good, but the heel pad looks strange.
The old one is blue and has a nice pattern. New one is black and plain.

Does any of them look like original or at least close to original? If the old one is correct, I would consider to sew the old one on the new carpet.
