    FE 352 Camshaft

Hello! We are freshening up our 59 Skyliner, and we sent off the engine to a machine shop to be rebuilt. The guy said that he cannot find a cam, so I am wondering if anybody here can help us out. We re-painted the trunk, which was original and pretty beat up. Instead of painting the inside of the deck lid black or brown, we matched it to the exterior green. We think that it looks pretty good, and we aren't entering it in any shows, so we used our "artistic license" on that. The interior is original (except for the carpet), and we aren't touching it.

    Thanks, John

Mac's may have the early style cam shaft, most re-builders use the later style cam but then you need the parts off the later engine to hold it in and that includes the timing chain cover.

    voodoo cams for 352 Fe

The Lunatti Cam company has your cam , I used 60001 cam number
though a 60002 cam is a tad hotter . very little hotter
the 60001 cam is to 352-390 specs .
With this cam use the factory vacuum advance with washer set .
And Adjust rear 4100 throttle plates to ford spc to balance the
Action of the vacuum advance At road speed .
This is your mpg point .
use least 180 thermostat for todays mid grade fuel .
