looks like a Peach already . the top mechanics are dried out , add 30w oil to those screw jacks ( in the top with oil can pumper ) and use drip cloth /rags to catch over flow .

Could be.
If it was mine, I would go thru the whole thing. There's many places that should have fresh grease. You don't want to overwork one of those motors and burn it out. Those speedometer cable drives are probably dry.
