    59 Retract

A little history, My Mother in law has owned the car 59, Inca Gold, since new, as it was a gift for graduation and a car heading off to college. The motor a 292 - was rebuilt last year with minimal needs as it was well kept. The top has some new rubber on it as well as other portions of the car as I have been replacing as needed.

The 59 model Skyliner has a wire along the right top inner fender well that has some sort of black relay(maybe someone installed that and not factory) that goes to the starter solenoid next to the battery. When operating the top it gets very hot. Is there a replacement relay/fuse as this one is old and looks like it could fall apart.

if you are talking about under the right fender this is a 45amp circuit breaker for the top control circuit, check that all connections are clean and tight
