1959 backseat ashtray covers & handles

Does anyone reproduce the white plastic ashtray handles to the rear seat armrest ashtrays? Or does someone have a extra pair of them available in good condition?

I have seen a couple of people use 1960's mustang ash tray covers. I believe they are mostly the same and interchangeable. The little black plastic ashtray handle can be painted the colonial white with plastic paint. I have seen a few people do it and it truly comes out fine - I was skeptical until I saw the finished product. The old handles just unscrewed for easy painting - Not sure if these are stamped on.
