Can you identify these parts?

I've got a picture of some parts we got when we purchased out basket case Skyliner.
They are on the 19th picture from the top of the Assembled page.

The picture has numbers beside the parts so you can easily tell me which parts you are referring to.

Part #6 looks like a hood safety hook catch. Mounts to the driver fender and allows the fish hook on the hood to catch it. Item #17 looks like a spare tire wing nut, but my 59 does not use one that looks like this. Maybe a 57-58 but I'm not familiar with those.

Item #15 looks like a windshield wiper arm where the wiper motor reaches inside the cabin and pivots this bracket which connects both wiper arms.

I print a new picture but after best part of an hour - I'm not smart enough.
