57 skyliner roof retracted.. deck lid will not unlock using switch or relays manually

I put the top of my 57 down and when I went to put it back up all I get is a click from the relay. I tried manually jumping the relay but the deck lid unlock motor will not function. Any ideas on how to get it to unlock ? I don't know if it will open till it unlocks first from the screws.

I found the top manual in all the things I got with the car. Looks like a screw in each wheel well to release the locks. I will post after I find out what is the issue.

I removed the bolts in the wheel well and got the deck lid to come up. I replaced the motor for the deck lid lock down and pulled all the cables and lubed them up. Top works great now.

Way to stick with it and figure it out rrrr! Sorry I don't have the expertise to have been of any help.
